Care Instructions
Raw curly hair thrives with moisture. Wash using a sulfate-free shampoo, follow with a moisturizing conditioner, and detangle gently while the hair is wet using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Apply a leave-in conditioner or curl cream to enhance the natural curl pattern, and allow the hair to air dry whenever possible.

Orders will NOT ship out on non-business days, nor are these days calculated as days in your shipping window. Business will resume the next Business Day.

Shipping times are ESTIMATES AND APPROXIMATES ONLY. We try our best to stick to our usual turn-around times, however unprecedented delays may occur. In the case of a significant delay, we will be sure to contact you as far in advance as possible. Please be aware of possible delays around important dates such as Holiday Season (November-December), Election Season, and Covid-19 impacts.
Shipping Carrier Estimated Times of Arrival are independent of Tailored By Tai Brands Shipping Terms. Once packages are shipped off via Shipping Carrier, we no longer have control or access to your package.
