Your consultation includes:
• Personalized guidance from Tai
• Recommendations for length, texture, color, lace, fit, and styling
• Time to discuss previous wig concerns and purchasing questions
• A written personalized wig recommendation after your appointment
CONSULTATION CREDIT
Your $25 consultation fee can be applied toward one eligible Tailored by Tai wig purchased within seven days after your completed appointment. Your personal credit code will be included with your written wig recommendation.
The credit is valid for one use, cannot be combined with another discount, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expires seven days after your consultation.
After selecting your preferred date and time, complete checkout to confirm your appointment. Your virtual meeting instructions will be sent to the email address used when booking.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY CONSULTATION?
Your booking includes a 20-minute one-on-one virtual consultation with Tai and a written personalized wig recommendation after your completed appointment. Your recommendation may include guidance regarding length, texture, color, lace, fit, and styling based on the information discussed.
DOES MY $25 CONSULTATION FEE GO TOWARD A WIG?
Yes. After completing your appointment, you’ll receive a personal $25 credit code that can be applied toward one eligible Tailored by Tai wig purchased within seven days. The code is valid for one use, cannot be combined with another discount, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK A CONSULTATION TO PURCHASE A WIG?
No. If you already know what you want, you may shop directly. The consultation is designed for customers who want personalized guidance before investing in their next wig.
HOW WILL WE MEET?
Your consultation will take place virtually. Meeting instructions will be sent to the email address used when booking. Please provide an accurate email address and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your confirmation.
WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE?
Please have any inspiration photos, wig questions, head measurements, and examples of previous wig concerns ready. Join from a quiet location where you can speak comfortably and participate without distractions.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?
A five-minute grace period is provided. Arriving late will reduce the amount of time available for your consultation. Appointments may be canceled if you arrive more than five minutes late.
ARE CONSULTATION FEES REFUNDABLE?
Consultation fees are nonrefundable. Missed appointments, late cancellations, and no-shows do not qualify for a refund or consultation credit.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RECOMMENDATION?
Your written personalized wig recommendation and eligible $25 credit code will be sent to the email address used when booking after your completed consultation.
