Tailored by Tai bundles are Machine Weft hair, which consist of only 100% Genuine, Unprocessed Virgin Hair. No Fillers.
  1. Can I color any Textured Hair?
    -    Yes. Any textured hair is 100% unprocessed human hair that can be colored and/or bleached any level desired. However when coloring hair (Any Pattern) we recommend that you consult with a professional.
  2. Does  Tailored by Tai Bundles require maintenance?
    -    Absolutely, treat this hair like your own hair. Use good Quality shampoo and conditioning product. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a heat Protectant when using heat on hair. And please avoid using oil or heavy styling products.
  3. How long will this hair last?
    -    With good maintenance, this hair can last a minimum of one year. Please treat this hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair. 
  4. Does this hair shed?
    -    Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. However, to prevent any and all shedding we recommend that your stylist applies Weft Sealer along the track of each bundle of hair upon the installation, as well as stitching and knotting around the weft and not through the weft of the tracks. This will definitely hep prevent shedding. Remember, Proper maintenance is extremely important and advised. 
  5. How many bundles do I need?
    -For Weaving: If you are getting a full sew-in weave with a small amount of natural hair left out the average person needs about six to nine ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2 bundles of hair (for lengths 12"-16"). If you are using hair over 18" and longer, we suggest purchasing 3 or more bundles. It's always best to have enough hair than to run out during the installation. Hair does not expire.
  6. How often can I wash my bundles?
    -    You should wash your Bundles at least every 3 weeks. I suggest you cleanse the hair once a week with sulfate free products to keep hair silky, nourished, soft and manageable. Avoid using tea tree and mint shampoos as they can cause your extensions to matte when shampooing. Try to using products designed to detangle, Moisturize, smooth, shine, and protect against split ends.
  7. Does  Tailored by Tai have a policy for return/exchange?
    -    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We Do Not do Return or Exchange, Unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately. NO RETURN/ NO EXCHANGES (If you have any question or concerns about this, Please feel free to email us.)
